Are returns accepted and what is the procedure for returning a product?
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only! All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days with some exceptions. We ship with UPS/USPS. Transit times vary and can be checked on shipping company web site.
What if the product is defective?
A customer must return merchandise at their expense (shipping cost) within 14 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA an automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse. If the item has been received at our warehouse after 14 days of the delivery, at our discretion, we will either accept return and 50% restocking fee will apply or the merchandise will be returned back to the customer at their expense for all shipping and handling costs. All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards through PayPal payment processor. Also, if you are a member of PayPal, you can alternatively pay from your PayPal personal account.
I ordered the item, but it's out of stock?
While we always try to keep sufficient number of items in stock, there might be times when item is not available, but it's showing up as being in stock on our web site. If item is not available, we will of course refund the money paid for instrument or backorder it if requested by customer.
